WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Full payment is due 1 day before delivery or pickup of rentals.
Can I pickup the items so I can save on delivery fees?
You can definitely pickup the item as long as long as you return it
Am I responsible for the items I rented?
Yes, you are responsible for the items during the rental period until they are picked up. Please secure items when not in use and protect them from weather and sprinklers.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my dates?
Cancellations must be done 72hrs before in order to receive a refund. Cancellations 1 day before (24hrs) will receive the deposit as a credit on the account. Cancellations less than 24hrs will be subject to a 50% charge.
Rescheduling dates will not result in any extra charges (up to 1 time reschedule) 1 day before. Deposit will not be returned but can be used as credit for any other future dates.
No refunds on invitations or balloon garlands.
Do you have any more inventory than what is posted on the site?
We are currently adding new items and services to our site. Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first one to get the updates. If you are looking for something specific email us at partyfairiesinfo@gmail.com, we might be able to use our pixie dust and source it for you.
